The Multifamily Group (TMG), a Dallas-based commercial real estate brokerage, announces the sale of The Preserve at the Port, 384 units in San Antonio. TMG Managing Partner Paul Yazbeck and Vice President Will Clarke represented the San Antonio based seller and sourced a new operator to the San Antonio market. This was The Multifamily Group’s fourth closing in San Antonio in the last 6 months.
The Preserve at the Port is located near the Port of San Antonio just south of U.S. Route 90 and west of Interstate 35. The strategic location grants residents quick and convenient access to employment hubs.
“We continue to source new buyers wanting to get into the San Antonio market. Given the current competitive buying environment in value-add space the acquiring party had a rare opportunity to buy Port off-market.” said Clarke.
