Since joining TMG, Yonnic has closed dozens of multifamily transactions representing a diverse portfolio—from tertiary-market assets for individual owners to core metropolitan investments for multi-billion-dollar institutional corporations. Known for his analytical rigor, integrity, and strong work ethic, he is committed to delivering thoughtful advice and consistent results.
His performance has earned him multiple Top Producer awards, TMG MVP recognition, and consistent Silver Sales Club honors.
Prior to TMG, Yonnic worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at Generational Equity, providing financial analytics and transaction support for deals valued up to $50 million. This experience built a strong foundation in valuation, financial modeling, and deal execution across multiple asset classes.
Yonnic holds a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Southern Methodist University, graduating with honors in the liberal arts. Outside of work, he enjoys attending SMU football games, playing pickup basketball, and volunteering with his local church.
