As Managing Director at The Multifamily Group, Dylan specializes in multifamily sales of class A, B, and C assets across primary, secondary, and tertiary markets in Texas. Since beginning his brokerage career in 2021, he has successfully transacted a diverse range of property types, including conventional/market-rate, affordable/rent-restricted, and complex REO assets.
Dylan’s clients span the investment spectrum—from independent owners to middle market investors and institutional investors with portfolios exceeding $1B. He provides comprehensive guidance throughout the acquisition and disposition process, bringing a detail-oriented approach to asset valuation, marketing, and contract negotiations. He prioritizes honesty and integrity in every transaction.
A third-generation real estate professional, Dylan credits his family with fostering his passion for real estate. He was raised in Denton, Texas, and graduated from Baylor University in Waco. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Dylan was a coaching assistant at the University of North Texas, working with the defensive line and linebackers. In his free time, Dylan enjoys attending sporting events with friends and family, serving at his local church, and a good cigar.
