Emilio Ficaccio

Emilio Ficaccio is an Advisor with The Multifamily Group, where he partners with multifamily owners across Texas, with a specialized focus on Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding markets.

Emilio began his commercial real estate career in 2019 and brings a strong understanding of multifamily investments, value-add strategy, and property operations. After starting his career on the principal side of multifamily real estate, he developed a deeper perspective on ownership objectives, operational challenges, and the key factors that drive investment performance.

Before joining The Multifamily Group, Emilio held roles across asset management, property management, leasing, and operations, contributing to the execution of value-add strategies across multifamily and single-family rental portfolios. He also helped develop operational systems designed to improve efficiency, streamline internal processes, and support stronger financial performance.

Emilio takes a relationship-driven approach to brokerage, focusing on trust, clear communication, and long-term client success. He works to be a trusted partner for owners navigating complex challenges, providing thoughtful guidance through valuation, market positioning, sale strategy, and execution.

Emilio holds a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge’s Dhillon School of Business, as well as a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School. He currently serves as YNG Chapter Chair for YPO Global One and sits on the board of the YNG Real Estate and Construction Network. Outside of work his passions include health and fitness, traveling and competing in men’s league ice hockey.
