Heather is the Transaction Manager and Marketing Director at The Multifamily Group, where she has been an integral part of the team since mid-2021. As the Transaction Manager, Heather oversees every aspect of the transaction process from contract execution through closing, ensuring each deal is managed efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional attention to detail. She works closely with brokers, clients, attorneys, lenders, and title companies to coordinate complex transactions and deliver a seamless experience for all parties involved.
In addition to her transaction management responsibilities, Heather serves as the firm’s Marketing Director, overseeing the company’s branding, marketing strategy, and digital presence. Her unique combination of operational expertise and strategic marketing insight allows her to support both the firm’s business development efforts and its commitment to exceptional client service.
Heather earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA), bringing a strong foundation in business strategy, and organizational management to her role. Her dedication, versatility, and commitment to excellence continue to contribute to the growth and success of Multifamily Group.
