Jon Krebbs
Before founding The Multifamily Group, Jon served as Executive Director of Investment Sales at Sperry Van Ness (SVN), where he ranked as the 22nd highest-performing broker out of more than 1,100 brokers worldwide in 2016. Prior to that, he was a top producer at the Henry S. Miller Company in Dallas.
Jon specializes in asset valuation, marketing, property tours, and contract negotiations for multifamily property sellers. He carefully analyzes each assignment and finds innovative ways to maximize value for his clients.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys playing sports, strumming his guitar, and spending time with his wife, Stacie, and their children, Bradley, Jackson, and Finley.
Jon holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA from Texas Tech University. He is a guest lecturer at the Rawls College of Business and a founding member of the Center for Real Estate Advisory Council.
