Kevin Garza

Kevin joined The Multifamily Group (TMG) in 2023. He began his real estate career in 2008, managing multifamily assets in San Antonio, TX. Managing A, B, and C classifications, specializing in leasing, evictions, marketing, staff management, reducing delinquency and raising occupancy. He has a great understanding of unit/property renovations, working closely with contractors with scheduling and bid negotiations. Due to his time onsite, Kevin brings a unique experience on how a multifamily asset should perform. With a focus on San Antonio, Austin, San Marcos, Hill Country and South Texas markets, this experience helps him evaluate and market any multifamily asset.

 

In 2014 Kevin transitioned into residential real estate, adding to his real estate experience. Closing over 130 transactions in San Antonio and surrounding markets for sellers, buyers and Investors. Continuing to add experience, he evaluated distressed single-family homes, secured financing, and obtained a General Contractor Registration with the city of San Antonio to run his own investment projects. 

 

Kevin was born and raised in San Antonio. Both he and his wife attended The University of The Incarnate Word and South San Antonio High School. Now residing in Helotes, TX, a suburb of San Antonio with their children. They have a son who attends The University of Texas at San Antonio and a daughter in high school. In his spare time, he enjoys trips to Padre Island National Seashore, hiking, golfing, time with family and cheering on The University of Texas Longhorn Football team.
