Rosalind brings over 30 years of customer service experience prior to joining The Multifamily Group. She has worked at several distribution centers and manufacturing plants performing customer service duties in person, on the phone, and by email. Her primary functions were processing customer claims for shortages, overages, wrong parts, and returns.
She was also the Safety Team Lead and Safety Coordinator at 2 distribution centers for over 11 years. This position included training new employees, planning and overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual building safety inspections, creating and planning monthly All Employee Meetings with PowerPoint presentations, and recording and tracking safety incidents.
Rosalind has an AA degree from Eastfield College. She brings years of customer service experience, communication skills, multi-tasking skills, and time management practices.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two children, family, and friends. She also enjoys traveling, working on her green thumb, and taking care of her cats.
