The Multifamily Group (TMG), announced this week the closing of four properties totaling 733 units in three Texas cities.
Paul Yazbeck, Chris Siemasko, Bryce Smith and Jon Krebbs represented the sellers and procured the buyers in the following transactions.
- La Esencia Apartments– 296-units in Houston , TX sold on behalf of Chicago based AMG Realty Group to a private Texas investor.
- Summerlyn Apartments– 200 units in Killeen, TX was sold on behalf of NAPA Ventures to San Diego basedDiversyFund Growth REIT.
- Glennwood Apartments– 100-units in San Antonio, TX was sold on behalf of a local investor to a private Texas syndicator.
- Country Place Apartments– 137 units in Killeen, TX was sold to on behalf of the original developer to Dallas based Trinity Capital Group.
““Each of these transactions exemplify the value-add market subset. There’s significant capital beginning to wake up to San Antonio and Killeen and opportunities this physically mature for renovation are becoming rarer” according to Senior Advisor Chris Siemasko.
