Jackson Morris
As an Advisor at The Multifamily Group, Jackson specializes in the acquisition and disposition of value-add Class B and C assets across the Texas Triangle, with a focus on the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. He works closely with individual owners and investment groups, guiding them through competitive and evolving market conditions. His experience spans property repositioning, core infill assets, and redevelopment opportunities.
Jackson joined TMG in 2021 as a financial analyst and transitioned to an advisory role in 2023. He brings a strong foundation in underwriting and valuation to each assignment, informed by prior hands-on experience in property management where he supported leasing and maintenance operations. This combined financial and operational background allows him to approach transactions with a practical, asset-level perspective and ensure solid business plan execution. He is known for his analytical approach, responsiveness, and steady guidance through complex transactions.
Born in Lubbock and raised in West Texas, Jackson is a second-generation real estate professional and credits his family with shaping his interest in the industry. He relocated to Dallas to attend Dallas Baptist University. Outside of work, Jackson enjoys watching films, discovering new music, and spending time on the golf course.
